Children's Place Girls Active Wear - Great for PE Class

As a toddler, my daughter wore quite a few active wear outfits from Children's Place. You know, they are the mix and match sets that are always set out of tables at the entrance of the store. I liked that the fabric has a bit of stretch to it. Especially the leggings because they hugged the shape of her cute little toddler legs, instead of getting baggy at the knee after a bit of playtime.

Now that she is school aged, Children's Place is still my go-to brand for her Phys Ed clothes. My daughter's class has PE twice a week.  They do not change into PE clothes for class, but wear them all day. The school's uniform policy outlines which types of clothing items are acceptable for PE days.

For spring and fall, we also like the Active Skort which is a cotton knit with shorts built in underneath. It is available in a bunch of colors and patterns that seem to change each season. For us, the navy blue works well for the school uniform policy. They are also available in black, white and 3 other bright colors.  This season they also have some in colorful stripes. They are made of 95% cotton/5% spandex jersey with an elastic waist and knit shorts built in underneath.  They come in sizes XS - XL.  The retail for $10.50 and are frequently on sale.

During the winter months, my daughter likes the fold over active pants for PE days.  They are made from 94% cotton and 6% spandex.  They have a fold over waist and are slightly flared at the bottom of the leg, so they are not a true legging style. They are available in classic uniform colors, navy, black and gray.  The retail for $14.50 and are frequently on sale.

We pair these bottoms with the white organic t-shirts from H&M for a comfortable outfit that allows her to move freely and enjoy PE class.
